For Buyers

We’re involved in all aspects of new construction builds, from conception to completion. We have relationships with a whole line of builders, architects, developers, and realtors in our rolodex and would love to help you find the best property, in the best location, for the best price.

While most of our buyers and sellers are interested in Green Hills/Oak Hill, our office has really done it all – from the Nations to White’s Creek to East Nashville to 12 South – and we’ve even got connections outside the Metro Nashville area.

For Sellers

Every property sale is different and there are so many variables which factor in to selling a home. When preparing for a listing consultation, we also do some heavy research on market trends, condition of your home, and other recent sales within your neighborhood. From this, we’ll put together a listing timeline and marketing package which will best suit your needs.

Yes – the Multiple Listing Service is the method with which we (and all realtors in Middle Tennessee) list homes on the market. From here, we utilize third-party resources (Zillow,, Trulia, etc.) to get your property in front of potential buyers.

In addition to putting a sign in your yard, we’ll also share the details of your property via social media, local print publications, email marketing to other agents in our area, and open house showcases.

For Tenants

Upon move in, each tenant is given access to a tenant portal. Here, you have the option to submit any maintenance request and our team will take care of it in a timely and efficient manner. We pride ourselves on responsiveness and attention to detail. Please note that in an emergency, the tenant should always call 911 first. In the event of a non-emergency, but urgent issue, call of our office directly: 615-244-7503.

Our office charges a $50 processing fee per adult applicant. Once your application has been approved, our office will ask for the security deposit, first month’s rent, and non-refundable pet fee (if applicable) before sending the lease for signing.

Contact the property manager to confirm the property’s availability, and then fill out an application. Applications are available online, through that property’s profile, but if you’d prefer to fill one out in person (or fill it out and email it back to us), call the office and our office manager, Kathy, will send you the application. (Please note: our office charges a $50 processing fee per adult applicant and will not process any pending applications until this has been received.)
