Our realtor, Mary Katherine, was a pleasure to work with. As first time home buyers, she helped guide us through the search and quickly answered any questions we had. She was very organized and hard working during the closing process. I would highly recommend her to any friends and family.

My wife and I leased a home from Chris Harwell for eight years and our entire experience with Chris was in a word . . . excellent! You don’t lease a “house” from Chris; you lease a home because Chris does everything he can to make you feel welcome, take care of every need, and respond almost immediately when there is a problem. You will not lease a home from anyone in Nashville who will take better care of you than Chris Harwell. Once you begin working with Chris, you need not look for anyone else.

I am very blessed to live in this house, in this neighborhood, and to have been led in your direction that sunny day in February (which is a rarity) back in 2005. God is good and I am grateful.
