Faith Anderson joined the Tarkington & Harwell team in 2017 as Executive Assistant to Chris Harwell and now leads as Operations Manager.
A small-town Midwest native, Faith received a degree in Communication Arts from a liberal arts college in Massachusetts. Following graduation, she lived and worked on the North Shore for a few years, where she adapted to some of New England’s finest qualities: assertive driving, direct communication, wearing a Red Sox hat, “Go Pats,” complaining about Connecticut, and talking about how Dunkin Donuts really is better when you’re in New England.
We can count on Faith’s confident leadership in her quick problem-solving, engaging questions, insightful observations, and a good side-eye or witty comeback. She is, always, the first one to break the fourth wall.
When she’s not in the office, you can find her writing, baking, running (with her dog!), and book-in-hand, learning something new.

You don’t lease a “house” from Chris; you lease a home because Chris does everything he can to make you feel welcome, take care of every need, and respond almost immediately when there is a problem. You will not lease a home from anyone in Nashville who will take better care of you than Chris Harwell. Once you begin working with Chris, you need not look for anyone else.
