Gage Burd is an Affiliate Broker with Shepherd Group, licensed in both Kentucky and Tennessee. He serves clients across Southern Kentucky and Middle Tennessee with a relationship-driven approach focused on trust, transparency, and long-term success. Born and raised in Glasgow, Kentucky, Gage earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University. His passion for real estate began early while working with a large land developer during college, where he developed a strong interest in large-scale projects and development strategy.
Currently working in general agency, Gage helps clients navigate residential and investment opportunities, bringing a personable and proactive energy to every transaction. He takes pride in truly understanding his clients’ goals and going the extra mile to ensure their interests come first.
Looking ahead, Gage plans to expand into commercial leasing and development while continuing to build lasting relationships through residential sales. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active—whether it's golfing, traveling, spending time on the lake, or focusing on fitness and personal growth.
