Meet Janet

Janet is an established Broker with over 35 years of experience in Davidson and Williamson County. She joined Tarkington & Harwell in January 2025 alongside her longtime friend and business partner, Diane Ralph. Previously, Janet served as the Principal Broker and Owner of Worth Properties, LLC, successfully leading the firm for nearly 20 years.

Known for her integrity, professionalism, and deep market knowledge, Janet has built a loyal client base that trusts her expertise in navigating the ever-evolving real estate landscape. She takes pride in delivering exceptional service, handling each transaction with discretion and care. Her commitment to clients extends beyond the closing table, as she continues to serve generations of repeat clients and referrals who rely on her sound guidance and unwavering dedication.

Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Education/Management from Peabody College of Vanderbilt University. Before launching her real estate career, she spent a decade teaching Business Law, Business English, and Business Accounting.

She is the mother of one son, Casey Jones, an investment banker in Cincinnati, Ohio. Casey and his wife, Beth, have three sons.
