Jed Rice is a Nashville native with deep roots in the community—something that continues to inspire his work in shaping the city’s growth through real estate. A graduate of Belmont University, Jed joined Tarkington & Harwell Realtors, LLC in early 2019 and has become a trusted expert specializing in the Green Hills and Belle Meade neighborhoods.

Beyond residential real estate, Jed plays a key role in our firm’s broader operations. He oversees all property management and is highly active in commercial property sales, land development, and new construction projects.
