Tarkington & Harwell have been amazing my entire time living in one of their properties. I have built a wonderful relationship with them because they are friendly, approachable, and understanding people. I have never related to a property management company the way I relate to this team. I have yet to meet anyone in Tarkington & Harwell that does not exceed my expectations as a tenant. Everyone I have met has been of high character and high integrity. They are all friendly professionals with a human touch. They strive to create positive relationships with the intent of having long-term tenants. While property management is a business, I definitely feel like part of a family. I could not have asked for a better team of people from whom to rent a property. I can’t imagine renting from anyone else.
