Katie Caldwell is a Nashville native, born and raised in the Green Hills area. She supports office operations and agents at Tarkington & Harwell, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
After earning a degree in Anthropology from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga, Katie began her career in restaurant operations, where she developed a strong foundation in hospitality and client experience as well as a passion for food. While her love for food and service remains strong, she has since found her niche in real estate, carrying her commitment to creating meaningful, lasting experiences into everything she does.
Her passion for people, operations, and hospitality led her to join the team at Tarkington & Harwell as Office Manager. Since then, she has expanded her role to include Property Management and Affiliate Broker. With experience across multiple areas of the business, she is dedicated to creating a smooth, welcoming experience for both clients and agents.
She shares the same enthusiasm for finding the perfect recipe as she does for creating exceptional buying, selling, and leasing experiences for her clients.
