Matt, as a Land Affiliate Broker, works closely with landowners and real estate developers, specializing in the development of single-family subdivisions. He joined the firm from Century Communities, where he advised the Tennessee Division on land investment opportunities, with a focus on high-growth submarkets across Middle Tennessee.

Matt brings a strategic, data-driven approach to every transaction, grounded in a deep understanding of development costs, land entitlements, and market dynamics. He believes that positioning a development for success begins with evaluating site characteristics and analyzing submarket dynamics, then shaping a concept that meets market demand. He leverages these insights to connect opportunities with developers and builders. This approach has fueled his passion for representing sellers and securing favorable pricing and contractual terms on their behalf.

Matt holds a B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati. Outside of work, he enjoys boating on Lake Cumberland, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.
